Christ-Centered Education

Our goal is to present all academics through the lens of God’s Word. One of the hallmarks of our school is the Discipleship Model, Kindergarten through eighth grade. Each child receives personalized attention and innovative hands-on learning opportunities to complete their academic studies at the highest level to become Future-Ready while creating a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. All students begin the school week in Chapel where they participate in worship and then receive a message given by our Chapel Leaders, guest speakers, or our faculty.

Illustrated book for curriculum
  • To help us meet our goal of Christ-Centered Education, we have selected up-to-date curriculum from Christian publishers, depending on the grade level: Abeka, Bob Jones (Bible), and ACSI. To see a full breakdown of our curriculum click here. All students have classes in Bible, Language Arts (Reading, Writing, Spelling, and Grammar), Math, Science, and History.

  • At CRCA, students are intentionally equipped at every stage of their educational journey. In the Primary years (K–2), students build strong foundations in faith and academics, learning to trust God, use the Bible, and understand that He is part of every area of life through daily instruction, weekly Chapel, and Discipleship. During the Intermediate years (3–5), students grow in independence and confidence, strengthening academic skills while deepening their understanding of faith, responsibility, and leadership within a supportive, Christ-centered environment. In Middle School (6–8), learning becomes more hands-on and student-driven as students explore identity and purpose through mentorship, real-world projects, technology, and meaningful experiences beyond the classroom — putting faith into action and preparing for what comes next.

  • At CRCA, specials and electives are an essential part of educating the whole child. In Kindergarten–5th grade, students enjoy weekly classes in P.E., Art, Spanish, Music, and Discipleship — all taught through a biblical worldview. These classes come to life through meaningful experiences, including a Christmas and Spring music performance and an annual Art Show where students proudly showcase their work.

In the upper grades, students continue to explore and grow through a rotating selection of electives that may include STEAM, Digital Art, Creation Studies, Duolingo language learning, Apologetics, Personal Finance, and Entrepreneurship — offering opportunities to discover interests, build skills, and apply faith in real-world ways.

  • At CRCA, we believe education is about more than academics—it’s about shaping hearts, minds, and futures. Our Profile of a Graduate captures the four areas we want every student to embody: 1. Spiritual growth, 2. Academic excellence, 3. Godly character, and 4.Christ-centered leadership. Read more here.

  • Service & Outreach: Transformational Servant Leaders

At CRCA, we believe that serving others is a vital part of becoming a transformational student leader. Leadership is practiced at every age, and as students grow, their opportunities to serve expand alongside them.

From simple acts of kindness in the early years to more intentional, outward-focused outreach in the upper grades, students learn to love others, serve their community, and lead like Christ. Whether writing encouragement cards, assembling care packages, serving at food banks, or participating in community drives, service looks different at every stage — but its purpose remains the same: forming leaders who reflect Christ through action.

Christ-centered education isn’t just something we believe—it’s the heartbeat of everything we do.

From how lessons are taught to how students are known, challenged, forgiven, and celebrated, Christ is woven into every moment of the school day. This is our sweet spot: forming students who see God’s truth not as a subject to study, but as a foundation to live by. The stories below reflect what happens when faith is lived out daily—in classrooms, conversations, and community.

Our daughter has grown so much while at CRCA...Spiritually, we have throughly enjoyed watching her grow and speak about her faith. We especially enjoy when she spots Gods work in the world around us.
— Tiffany, CRCA Parent
Spiritually, he has grown so much! He leads us in prayer, tells us all about the things he’s learning, and we have wonderful discussions about grace and God’s love!
— Kim, CRCA Parent
My children and I have frequent conversations about Jesus and they ask questions all the time. Academically all 4 of my children have been met with where they need to be... All of my children are confident in who they are as a child of God and a human.
