Miss Smiley grew up in Monument, Colorado. She attended Biola University in sunny Southern California, where she came to love Christian education as a way to equip followers of Jesus who are firm in their knowledge and convictions. She believes our world needs more children who are confident in their identity as God’s people and are prepared to bring His good news to the world. After teaching in a public school for two years in San Jose and completing her Masters in Education, Miss Smiley moved to Colorado with her dog, Oliver. She loves spending time outside, backpacking, skiing, and reading. She is excited to partner with families to raise up the next generation of Warriors founded on the truth of God’s Word.
