Principal Sally Baier’s education, leadership and experience is unmatched in the area: she has more than 35 years of experience working with children from preschool to 12th grade in public school, Head Start, Christian schools, home school, youth ministry and troubled teen programs. She has her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Puget Sound, Masters of Education from the University of Idaho and a principal’s credential from the University of Phoenix.
Mrs. Baier recently moved home to Colorado to serve at CRCA after seven years in San Diego serving at Christian Unified Schools of San Diego.
“I love CRCA because we are family and I love teaching teachers. God has brought me here (Mark 12:29-31) to love God and love others!”
When not loving on the students at CRCA, Mrs. Baier is spending time with her husband, Ray, three grown children (all educated in Christian schools) and four grandchildren, fly fishing, knitting, and studying the Bible. She is a member of The Rock Church.
Fun fact: Mrs. Baier lived in a tent for a year and a half while she and her husband built their house. In Montana!
