Details For A Great Decision

We are sure you have questions. Below you will find details on what you need for each step. We have also included some helpful information to aid in your decision making.

During your tour, you will meet with our Head of School, Dr. Jim Calhoun.  Based on your child’s grade level we will walk through at least one of our campuses. Be prepared to ask us questions and walk away with a better understanding of what it is like to be a Warrior.

Application Process:

  • Fill out our application online
  • Submit with the application a recommendation from your church pastor
  • Agree online to our statement of faith
  • Pay the application fee
  • Schedule an interview with the school administration
  • There is a $50 processing fee associated with the application.

Enrollment Process:

  • Fill out the enrollment information online
  • Pay the enrollment fee – The non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and holds your child’s space.
  • Set up a tuition payment plan on the FACTS account you establish during the enrollment process
  • Upload required documents
    • Immunization records or immunization exemption form. Children who are not fully immunized will be admitted to the program with the proper exemption form.
    • Birth certificate
    • Current General Health Appraisal form and any medication forms as prescribed by the doctor. If your child’s General Health Appraisal forms or medical forms expire during the school year, parents are responsible for replacing the forms with current ones within a week of expiration. The child cannot attend school until these forms are in to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the whole school.
  • All enrollment should be completed before the child’s first day of school.
